Walk, Ride, and Roll to School Day is Wednesday!
Dear HKMS Families,
While this Wednesday morning may be a bit frosty, we will be walking, riding, and rolling to HKMS. While you might not think of HKMS as a walkable school, we have a great path through the woods at the top of Ridgedale Road, right across from the back parking lot at Jesse Lee Church. We have a wonderful partnership with Jesse Lee, and they have once again authorized us all to park there for those who want to join the walk. Parents, grandparents, siblings, and well-behaved leashed dogs are all welcome. For those who prefer to stay in the car, there is a convenient turnaround at the end of Ridgedale Road for student drop-off. Easton Police Department officers and I will be at the trailhead helping to direct traffic and keep everyone safe.
Make the cocoa hot and pull out the hats and gloves for this fun annual community event.
I hope to see you all out there!

Reminder: Tomorrow morning we are Walking, Riding, and Rolling to school! I hope you can join us anytime between 7:30-7:45 up on Ridgedale Rd (drop-offs) or Jesse Lee Church (if you're joining the walk with your child).
Bundle up, grab a warm beverage, and hit the trail with dozens of our awesome middle schoolers. You won't regret it!
