Torch Club at HKMS

The Boys and Girls Club of Easton and Redding will be running a branch of their Torch Club here at HKMS.  Their goal is to empower students to give back to their community and brighten the lives of others!  Their first mission as a club will be to organize and run a fun trivia night event at HKMS for 6th graders and their families.  All HKMS students who join the Torch Club will learn valuable leadership and organizational skills as they work with the staff of the Boys and Girls Club of Easton and Redding to pull off a fantastic event!

Dear All,

The first meeting of the HKMS chapter of the Torch Club is tomorrow after school! Students will be planning a super fun evening event for families. Torch Club members learn valuable leadership and communication skills under the mentorship of the Boys and Girls club staff. It is an awesome experience! Consider signing your child up for this club!
Sincerely,
Annie Mohr
