With Halloween coming this Friday, we have been experiencing an uptick in the number of students bringing large bags/boxes of candy or gum to school and sharing these items with friends. Not only is this a violation of the ER9 wellness policy, but it also creates an unsafe and distracting learning environment. Please do what you can to be sure your child is not sneaking any candy or gum into school.
If we notice students with large amounts of candy or gum (even on Halloween), we will confiscate it and return the items only to parents/guardians.
We invite students to dress up this Friday if they wish. Please follow the guidelines below.
